- Is there a diagnostic or service call fee?
- Yes. A diagnostic/service call fee applies when a technician visits your home. We explain all costs upfront before any repair work begins. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward your total. Call 512-749-1052 for current pricing.
- What appliances do you repair?
- We repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ranges, cooktops, ovens, microwaves, outdoor BBQ grills, and ice makers — plus professional dryer vent cleaning.
- Do you repair all brands?
- Yes — we work on most major appliance brands including Wolf, Weber, Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, KitchenAid, and Maytag. Share your make and model when you request a quote so we can prepare parts when possible.
- What is your warranty on repairs?
- Replaced parts are guaranteed for 1 year from installation, and we provide a 60-day labor guarantee on repairs we complete.
- What should I expect during a service visit?
- Your technician arrives in the scheduled window, inspects the appliance, and explains the diagnosis. You receive upfront pricing before we start any repair. Our team works cleanly, respects your home, and answers your questions before leaving.
- What are your arrival windows?
- We schedule 2-hour arrival windows so you know when to expect us — not all-day waits. You will receive a clear time frame when you book.
- How do I book an appointment?

- Can I schedule by phone instead of online?
- Yes. Many customers prefer to call or text 512-749-1052 to schedule. We are happy to book your appointment by phone and answer questions about your appliance.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
- Do you offer emergency or same-day service?
- We schedule appointments Monday–Friday with 2-hour arrival windows. If you have an urgent situation, call or text 512-749-1052 — we will do our best to accommodate you when availability allows.
- What are your business hours?
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Call 512-749-1052 during business hours to schedule service.
- Do you provide upfront pricing before repairs?
- Yes. After diagnosing the issue, your technician explains the repair and cost before any work begins. You approve the repair before we proceed — no surprises.
- Do you carry parts on your service vehicles?
- Many common parts are stocked on our trucks, which helps us complete repairs in a single visit when possible. Specialty or factory-order parts may require a follow-up appointment.
- Do you offer dryer vent cleaning?
- Yes. Vent cleaning helps your dryer run efficiently and reduces fire risk. See our Vent services page for details and current promotions.
- Are your technicians insured and certified?
- Yes. Every SNS technician passes annual background checks, drug tests, and driving record reviews. We are fully insured, EPA Section 608 Type I certified, and Whirlpool manufacturer trained.
- How should I prepare for my appointment?
- Clear access to the appliance, note any error codes or unusual sounds, and have your make and model ready. If your refrigerator is not cooling, unload perishables before we arrive when possible.
